How do I apply to be a vendor?

Is the festival family-friendly?

Yes—vendors should keep products, signage, and sound appropriate for all ages.

Do you provide tents, tables, or chairs?

Typically vendors bring their own setup. If rentals are available, we’ll share options after acceptance.

Can I request electricity?

Yes—please request power in your application. Availability is limited and assigned on a first-come basis.

What about permits and hygiene requirements?

Cuisine vendors must follow local health and safety guidelines. We’ll share required documentation during onboarding.

When will I know if I’m accepted?

We review applications on a rolling basis and will respond as quickly as possible with confirmation or follow-up questions.
